SmartOCR provides optical character recognition (OCR) services for various document types, particularly focused on Sri Lankan documents including National Identity Cards, Driving Licenses, Vehicle Registration Certificates, and other official documents.

3. Credit System

Our services operate on a credit-based system. Different document types require different amounts of credits. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you process through our service are legally obtained and that you have the right to process them.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not permanently store processed documents on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmartOCR provides services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
